GOVERNMENT REFORM:

We believe a bicameral congress was a good idea, however, because of many recent issues regarding executive power and because of the large build-up of issues that congress has to debate, we believe that a third house of Congress should be added.

The Foreign House: Congress receives so many issues and bills that they must discuss. Sometimes these discussions last for years. Can Americans really wait that long to find out if their husband, wife, daughter, or son if returning from war? This is one of the many reasons why there should be a third house. This third house would be called the Foreign House and relate to all foreign policy, affairs, and concerns. This way the House of Representatives and the Senate could focus on the issues and bills relating directly to America. Also, there would be a more equitable distribution of issues that need to be addressed. This house would also deal with the president's right to go to war.

The Foreign House Representation: Each state would be allowed seven representatives. Also, any cabinet member whose job overlaps with any issue applicable to the Foreign House would be allowed to participate in the discussions and vote on any rulings that resulted from these discussions.
